10.0Great location. Parking available. You share the two bathrooms and kitchen with three other rooms. It had very good windows that blocked out all of the sound. I received a video that helped show me how to enter the condo which was extremely helpful. When we were available via WhatsApp for questions anytime we needed help. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two king beds in one room. That was hard to find in Spain.

1.0− Adressen var ikke skrevet korrekt på booking, derfor endte vi med at skulle 3 lokationer rundt i Madrid på gåben og to børn + høj sol. En virkelig dårlig oplevelse fra start ! Vi ringende og talte med en der guide os til den korrekte adresse, trods vi havde fået to andre adresser oplyst. Dette skal være mere synligt + da jeg bookede hotellet hed det noget andet. Ændrede navn på dagen. Stedet var ok men med historikken og den dårlige beskrivelse fra start så vil jeg aldrig booke dette sted igen!
Bad start of holiday due to disappointing communication of owners.
5.0The location is great and the room was clean.
− The communication is HORRIBLE. Tried to contact the owners via booking but never got a reply same with e-mails. They use multiple numbers which makes contacting them via phone complicated. It also takes VERY long to get a reply. The day we had to check in we got a huge text with lacking information which resulted into us not being able to get into the room. When we called we got no reply and when they finally texted back they told me they are only available untill 23:00 even though everywhere they market themselves as 24h available.
