Very poor
2.0− i opened the window and was view brick with garbage with no mosquito nets so we had mosquito's inside, also apartment was quite humid

9.0The location is great, just 2 min from Diagonal. There place is comfortable and the flat has everything necessary. The design is really cosy.
− Please consider that although the flat seems to be on the 1st floor, it’s somehow a basement apartment, with little windows facing a tiny inner courtyard. Do you will have these windows always closed and shadowed with curtains. And in the evening it’s very noisy from that courtyard as it faces with little distance other flats, so you hear everything and the light from their homes comes into the flat at night. Not the best place for someone who is sensitive to noise and light at night and needs special conditions for sleep.
