・北千住駅に近い位置に家があるので、観光地へのアクセスがしやすかった。(路線の選択肢が豊富) ・リノベーションをしたお家なので、とても綺麗でした。 ・駅にはマルイやルミネの商業施設があり、飲食をすごく楽しめました。地元のお店も多く、ローカルフードを楽しみたい方にもお勧めです。

− ・1階にクローゼットが無く、2階の小さい方の部屋しか実質クローゼットが使えなかった。(大きい方の部屋はベッドがあるので1つは開けられない状態) 長期滞在の方には使い勝手が悪いかもしれません。 ・2階のトイレの電気が、部屋の電気を付けないと付かないので、面倒くさかった。 ・朝7時ごろから飛行機の音が聞こえるので、音に敏感な人にはお勧めできないかもしれません。 ・お風呂場にバスタオルを掛けておくスペースや、脱衣した服を置く棚が無いので不便でした。 ・wifiはモバイルインターネットなので、何か大きなプロジェクトをパソコンでしたい人にとってはインターネットが遅く感じるかもしれません。 ・入り込んだ場所に家があったので、人によっては見つけるのが難しいと思うかもしれません。お宿のサインがお家の裏口にもあればわかりやすかったか、アクセスマップみたいなものを事前に共有してもらえるとより親切と思いました。

The Kita-senju area is a great more upbeat residential area. The walk to the place from the station is lively-especially at night. Great food and the station is one of the bigger ones so it's super easy to get around!

− This is our second time staying here. They have put in a second toilet upstairs which has made the upstairs location a bit more cramped. There was also an odor coming from said bathroom. It wasn't a big deal and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again, but it was a nicer place without it!

It was very clean, beds were comfortable, very minimalist. Not too far from train station walkable shops and food area. There was a modern toilet.

− Hard to find. There was no tea or coffee as complimentary. The towels were brown and not soft to use. The stairs were very steep. My son fell off it once. The toilet upstairs were not the modern one with the biget on the top level. The balcony was a window crawling balcony not a walk through one. There was no drier. No oil even though there was pots and pans.
