8.0Smooth process of check-in. Room is spacious, especially for Japanese standards. Great location, easy access to different attractions, and Akasaka Palace is reachable on foot.
− Something to make the room cosier, cleaner balcony with chairs and table on it, additional electrical outlet for microwave would be great.

− 室内卫生需改进，特别阳台好脏，洗手间异味大，排气扇故障了，房、厕所都灯不亮，厕所照明太昏暗了，室内地面明显有毛发，椅子上的垫很多白色皮屑😅，淋浴房无置物架非常不方便。每晚楼上都发出搬重物，跳、跑声影响入睡。

7.0Good location, close to metro stations. More space than a hotel room . Plenty of hot water & cooking facilities The owner had responded to previous comments eg there were coat hangers and window curtains
