7.0Localização, preço e recepcionistas são muito bons. Na recepção tem disponível escovas de dente, barbeador, toalhas e etc.
− O quarto fede a cigarro oque pode ser um agravante se você tiver asma ou alergia respiratória como eu. O banheiro é o mais pequeno que já vi na vida e durante toda minha viagem no Japão. A aparecia do quarto não condiz com a beleza das fotos, na realidade parece sujo. Sugiro apenas para quem deseja para uma noite no máximo, caso o contrato, sugiro que gaste um pouquinho mais para um lugar mais agradável. E tinha uma barata na mesa.

10.0Excellent service overall. I availed the solo room and it matched my expectations. It's for a resting place a night after all. At daytime, I'm mostly away. The staff are helpful and greets you whenever you go back to the hotel.

7.0菊川という駅を初めて利用しましたが東京駅へのアクセスも良くて便利でした！
− 部屋のエアコンがオンオフしか設定できなかったこと。 室内の湿気がすごくて、冷房をつけても湿度が下がらずじとじとした空気で気持ち悪かったです。 4泊して3日目の朝に掃除を入れていただきました。 入居日、3日目掃除後共にバスルームに髪の毛が落ちており、3日目の掃除はマグカップが使用したままになってました。 すぐに代わりのものを持ってきてくださり、スタッフの方も丁寧に接してくださいましたが、掃除はちょっと甘いかなと思いました。
