Sehr gut gelegen, stylisch, praktisch und minimalistisch
8.0Dicht am Königspalast gelegen, Busse und Metro fussläufig, ebenso Supermarkt und Park. Erdgeschoss ohne direkte Fenster. Schick und praktisch aber minimalistisch eingerichtet, sehr gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion
− Das Appartement ist durch eine zwischentür mit dem Nachbar Appartement verbunden, dadurch ist es hellhörig, ich hatte Glück, meine Nachbarn waren ruhig. Morgens kann man durch die Haupttür lüften, aber die restliche Zeit war es dafür zu warm, daher fühlt man sich etwas „eingesperrt“.

− It doesn't look like on the picture. The windows are shaded by metallic blinds from the outside, since the front door is opened directly to the street. Therefore, you have not a day light, only electrical. A bit depressing if honestly.
