− Metroya 15dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otobüse 3dk. Çoğu yere de metro ile gidiliyor.

8.0房間規劃及地理位置真的非常好，走路10分鐘就是地鐵站，走路5分鐘即是生活用品超市，非常方便 另外，房東人真的很好，最開始訂房是訂四人大坪數的房型，不過在我的觀察下發現某個房型窗外能夠直接看到晴空塔，所幸選擇更改房型，房東當初表示，更改後不一定能保證看得到晴空塔，最後去的時候，房東給了我們一個最高樓層且最靠近晴空塔的位置，真的非常感謝，讓我拍到了墨田晴空塔日出的縮時畫面🥰
− 有個小缺點在於，新住戶在入住前房間內的清潔，畢竟是採公寓式的，沒有完整的清潔乾淨，如碗盤、餐具等不太乾淨，不過不影響整體評價，但希望能夠改善越來越好

Dont Stay if you wish Good Service By People. It is Value for Money Option But Zero Services
5.0Price and Location. Location is far from Metro station but it is overall near Sky Tree.
− Responsiveness and Connectivity with the Host is only through Booking.com message app. I complained about not receiving Bath Towels and the Host beleived in their housekeeping company more than the customer and did not even try to arrage visit by them/ their staff/ housekeeping agency to understand the problem. Very Poor Management. Lock System is Complex and Many people We have seen struggling to use it first time.
