Good place, but bad apartment and personal

I liked the location the most, there are shops and cafes/bars nearby.

− Firstly, we tried to contact the agency, but no one answered for all 5 days. Secondly, the induction hob did not work or the appropriate appliances/dishes were not provided for it. There was also no kettle, meaning we couldn't even heat the water. Thirdly, it was impossible to set the water temperature in the shower to the normal temperature. Fourthly, for some reason they charged us an additional fee of €30 for our check-in, although they also charged the tourist tax. The person who checked us in was also not responsible, given that this was not his area of ​​responsibility.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta lakás. Jó a tömegközlekedés a környéken, minden bolt kb 2 perc sétányira. Nevezetes látnivalók a közelben, jó hangulatú és biztonságos környék.

− A lakas a negyediken van, lift nincs, ezt érdemes figyelembevenni. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Im 4 OG. die Treppen sehr eng. Die Wände sehr hellhörig. Der Nachar hatte eine Party - das war laut. In der Küche tropfte der Abfluss. Im Bad war keine Seife.

− Hatte für 4 Tage reserviert. Es wurde 1 Tag storniert. Vom Anbieter kam keine Reaktion auf allen Kanäle. Die Schlüsseldame hat mir an dem selben Tag der Ankunft 26 Nachrichten auf Whstsapp geschickt, während ich mit dem Auto gefahren bin. Sie gab mir eine Telefonnummer wieder keine Reaktion bezüglich dem storniertem 1 Tag. Das ist nicht fair.
