10.0Bardzo fajny apartament, czysty, cichy, świetne ciśnienie wody, super lokalizacja (metro,autobus). Wszystko super
− Nie jestem zbyt techniczna i obowiązek ściągania aplikacji i wstawiania tam zdjęć ID i paszportu nie było fajne.

1.0Dobra lokalizacja, do stacji metra 3 linii około 7 minut piechotą
− Wcześniej czytałam już niekorzystne opinie dotyczące czystości pościeli i niestety nas też to spotkało. Pościel wyglądała świeżo ale poduszka pachniała damskimi perfumami a na poszwie kołdry znalazłam świeży ślad damskiego fluidu do twarzy, który rozmazał się pod moimi palcami. Myślę, że pościel mogła być używana przez jedną noc przez wcześniejszych lokatorów i nie została zmieniona. Uwaga w łazience są mrówki a w pokoju zabiliśmy wielkiego karalucha. Pragnę ostrzec wszystkich, ponieważ tego typu owady potrafią wejść do bagażu i można je łatwo przenieść do domu. Powiadomiłam o tym fakcie obsługę lokalu jednak wmawiano mi, iż kłamię, mimo że przedstawiłam fotografię owada, którego udało mi się zabić. Tego wieczora położyliśmy się później spać i widzieliśmy jeszcze dwa identyczne karaluchy w kuchni, które niestety uciekły.

9.0Está muy bien, limpio, ordenado, moderno, cerca de servicios y con la boca del metro al lado.
− Falta tostadora. Quien se queda en el sofá debe entrar en la habitación principal para ir al wc. Armario pequieño para lo grande que es la habitación y sin luz natural.

10.0Amplitud, luminosidad, amabilidad del encargado. Facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona. Mercadona a un paso. Acceso muy cómodo a la Caja Mágica.
