I have been using Booking for more than 10 years, and I have never felt the need to write a review before. However, this time I feel obligated to do so. I do not recommend this place at all. On the first night, I was not provided with the access codes to enter the apartment, so I was unable to stay there and had to book another hotel for the night. When I called the company that manages this apartment, they informed me that I would not receive the access codes until the second day. Because of this, I tried to cancel the reservation, but my request was denied, and I never received a refund. Essentially, I was charged for the first night without being able to use the apartment. The apartment itself is unattractive and looks like the kind of place rented out for short-term sexual encounters. The cleanliness was very poor, and I have found much better places at a lower price. If you want to avoid a bad experience, do not book this property. I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced with this apartment.
