10.0I liked the convenient location and the attentiveness of the staff via Booking. Everything was self explanatory and was pretty easy to get accustomed to.
− The beds being on the tatami floor led to us having some back pain. We aren’t accustomed to it so I understand that it is not their responsibility or fault. I think that the unit needed more cleaning supplies like a broom or sprays as we didn’t get our unit cleaned until after our stay. But other than that it was great!
