Unpleasant, hot and very very frustrating. You ruined Madrid

− Hot water took 2 days to get fixed Air conditioning in the rooms NEVER worked It was extremely unpleasant to sleep without air conditioning at 40 degrees Celsius You ruined our stay in Madrid. The heat prevented us from sleeping well. Having 3 young kids not sleeping well made our days tired and unenjoyable.

10.0Amazing stay — easily a 10/10! I’ve actually stayed here twice, and it was perfect both times. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and even better than the photos. Great location close to everything but still quiet. The host is super friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back again!

10.0fantastisch appartement, zeer goede locatie, goede bedden, 3 douches, 4 wc's, ruime leefruimte, keuken was voldoende uitgerust, supermarkt op wandelafstand Bij aankomst heeft er een man uitleg gegeven hoe we binnen moesten geraken, wat wel gemakkelijk was. Anders hadden we vast wel even zitten sukkelen. Je moet eerst aan de deur bellen bij de nummer van je appartement en dan pas de deur openen op je app.
