− Es war nicht geputzt, das Sofa war kaputt, so dass man nicht darauf liegen oder sitzen konnte, ohne Schmerzen zu bekommen. Im Treppenhaus liefen Kakerlaken rum und auch eine Schlange ist mir begegnet. Ich wollte upgraden auf ein Zimmer, welches ein Zimmer mehr hatte, weil ich gesehen habe, dass es noch frei war und die Differenz zahlen (Preise lt. BOOKING.COM) und mir wurde das andere Zimmer nur angeboten mit Aufpreis der doppelten Differenz. Oder ich sollte online das aktuelle Zimmer stornieren (wohlgemerkt nicht erstattungsfähig) und das andere komplett neu buchen.

This location is in Asakusa. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes on foot to reach Asakusa Shrine. Its greatest appeal is the view, as you can see the Skytree directly from here.

− First of all, the floor is broken, there is a hole but it was just patched up to make it ok but in reality it is dangerous especially since we have a child with us it could completely give way...and it is very dirty especially the edges of the walls! Spoons, plates and glasses... On the second night before we went to bed, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall... so we didn't sleep well!!! when you enter the room there is a slight smell...even their toilet brush is very dirty...I am saying this so that I hope the owner will focus on cleaning it and having it repaired or maybe it needs renovation so that the customer can stay here comfortably.

A simple apartment stay opposite a tranquil park, away from the bustle of Tokyo.

We loved the location, across the road from a beautiful park. An easy walk into Asakusa and other public transport connections across Tokyo. The apartment was well equipped for a family of four. We especially loved talking to the building caretaker (Yoko-san), whom welcomed us and spoke to us every day 💖.

− The mold in the bathroom, and the hard pillows. There also could be more hooks in the apartment to help hang things.

− 三人で泊まり、敷布団がふたつしかない。布団がせんべい布団でクッション性がなく腰が痛くなった。

The only thing I was happy with and saved it was the location. If you don't mind a small walk to a nearby train. The park is very nice and it was near the Sky tree. But other then that there isn't much.

− We got to the place and it was a living mess. I didn't make a problem of it. I just asked the owner for a vacuum so I can properly clean what I can and I rewashed everything. Then the owner never gave me supplies like trash bags and toilet paper. Even when my stay was passed 2 days. Kinda like near a month stay. When I asked for more I was just ignored. This is not to mention how I left on the 20th not the 22th do to the 19th I had a stranger knock on my door at 10:30pm asking for help to find his room and my wife was scared so we left the next day. If anything I should be asking for a refund for the listed reasons. But the owner then said he what'd 1,000 yen for a TV Remote we never knew the room came with... I was asked for this NOW so NOW I am leaving a truthful review on this place.
