− Guten Abend, Erst einmal danke das es mit der Reservierung geklappt hat. Folgendes Problem, das Haus riecht schrecklich abgesehen davon ist in dem Haus Schimmel und es ist unhygienisch, sowas ist respektlos gegenüber den Gästen und eine absolute Frechheit. Das Haus hat gemischte Gerüche zusätzlich dem Geruch des Imbisses. Wir möchten unser Geld zurück und werden auch sofort die Wohnung verlassen.

Convenient location with several restaurants and subway entrances. Staff responded quickly to messages.

− The 2nd bathroom was unusable for a grown adult. Bed on 3rd floor did not have good support slats / sticks and would fall in when trying to get out of bed. Windows did not keep cold or noise out. Not having dedicated washer / dryer and wifi. Kitchen split into two floors and no real place to eat other than patio which we didn’t use because we got back close to 9 pm.

とにかく大人数で寝るだけで利用という感じだったので、そういう意味ではありでした。

多家族で同時利用出来る部屋数と、近くに24時間営業のスーパーがあったこと。 駅から近く、都心からも近いのでタクシー移動でも気にならない距離感です。

− 清掃が行き届いてない感じがしました。 排水の臭いが気になったのと、シャワーブースが狭く小さい子供連れで滞在するのはちょっと大変かも。

駅から近く、近隣にスーパーもありロケーションは良好。

− 水回りが全体的に使いづらかった。幹線道路沿いにあるため仕方ないが、静かとは言えない環境。
