4.0Lo primero y mas importante, la calle en la entrada tenia ratas!!!, es un callejon en un barrio con puestos de comida, era un martirio llegar cada noche y ver a esos animales. No estaba del todo limpia la habitacion por lo tanto no usamos la cocina. Dos dias encontramos la luz del baño prendida, al parecer alguien entró, escribí al encargado y me contesto 1 dia despues. Las instalaciones eran algo viejas y tenian defectos. La zona es de apuestas e inadecuada para viajar en familia, a mi sobrina menor de edad le dijeron cosas inadecuadas en un don quijote. (trabajadores extranjeros, no japoneses) Fue lamentable terminar nuestro viaje asi, ya que estuvimos ahi por 9 dias pagando un aproximado de 1400 dolares!!!.

10.0The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.
Convenient location, clean room, uncomfortable bed
8.0The overall room was very clean and had a lot of great amenities like a tea kettle and washing machine. The room smelled like smoke, the beds were super uncomfortable (you can feel the springs and they would "snap" as you moved). Super convenient location from the train but walls are so thin you can hear everything outside (especially noisy neighbors- lots of yelling and a screaming child). Great communication and directions the apartment.
