9.0The building is located in a lively area of Madrid, Although my apartment didn't have any street views this was fine by me as most of my day was spent outside and it was quiet at night. The apartment uses an electronic key system which was quite easy to use once I installed the app.

9.0Todo muy bien. La atención a través de WhatsApp muy rápida. La ubicación es buena puedes llegar paseando a la puerta del sol en unos 15-20 minutos.

− Es muy pequeño par 4 personas, la perilla de la puerta no funciona sin la app pero nunca se bloquea apropiadamente lo que hace el espacio inseguro.

Apartamento con buena ubicación
8.0Apartamento muy bien ubicado, conectado muy bien con el transporte público y súper cerca a restaurantes y supermercados. Además, tenía una sala de lavandería en el edificio y contaba con ascensor.
− El sofá cama era súper incómodo, sugeriría cambiar por otro más cómodo para mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes. También hubo 2 noches que habían inquilinos haciendo mucho ruido de madrugada, sugiero poner cámaras en los pasillos para poder tener mejor control de las incidencias que podrían ocurrir con los inquilinos.
