− We booked and paid for a 6-person apartment which was confirmed, only to be told shortly before arrival that no such apartment was available and our group would be split across three separate apartments. If the apartment wasn’t available, the booking should never have been accepted. The property was clearly still under construction, with workers on site throughout our stay and constant noise during the day. As a group of young women staying in separate apartments, this made us feel uncomfortable. The accommodation did not match the listing, with unfinished areas, missing facilities, and appliances still sitting in boxes outside. The showers flooded and smelled, the air conditioning only worked under certain conditions that were never disclosed, and the listing photos did not accurately reflect the property. To make matters worse, the building lost power at around 1am, leaving us unable to access our rooms because the PIN-code locks stopped working. No one came to assist, and we could only contact the owner via WhatsApp. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not what was advertised or paid for. I would not recommend this property.

− - Nos habéis cambiado de apartamento sin preguntar, a uno no escogido y diferente. - El edificio está en construcción, a medias con trabajos por hacer. - La puerta no abre fácil hay que insistir muchas veces. El sistema falla muchas veces - hay trozos de los muebles de la cocina aún por terminar, sueltos, caídos. - el pomo de abrir la nevera está a medias no hay como cogerlo para abrir, no es un pomo. - la fachada tiene un aspecto de jaula, de rejas de encierro. - el vecino deja el cenicero fuera en el pasillo, lleno de colillas, muchas, con un olor permanente, además de botellas y latas.

− Casa in cattive condizioni. Alcune cose rotte, niente acqua fredda in un bagno. Poche pentole. Finestre vecchie.

Nic gdyż nie mogłam zakwaterować się do tego apartamentu. Podczas meldowania online wyskoczył inny adres apartamentu niż podany na stronie bookingu. Zapytałam gospodarza dlaczego zmienił adres. Odpowiedział że ma wiele apartamentów i nie mógł wpisać prawdziwego adresu na stronie booking. Nowy adres był w gorszej dzielnicy gdzie ceny były dużo niższe niż ta którą ja zapłaciłam. Gospodarz nie chciał się dogadać. Nie chciał wynająć mi apartamentu za który zapłaciłam. Gdy zgłosiłam sprawę na booking skłamał że zaproponował mi inny apartament gdyż w tym co zarezerwowałam wynikła usterka. Co było kłamstwem bo mi pisał to co napisałam powyżej ! Całe szczęście że spotkałam człowieka który użyczył mi prądu i Łapota żebym mogła kontaktować się z bookingoem. Do godziny 20 więc przez jakieś 5 godz ukośny bezdomni. Ostrzegam przed tym gospodarzem !!!

− Oszust. Wynajmuje apartament z inną lokalizacją ( bardzo dobra i droga) a potem chce zameldować w dużo fiszek dzielnicy i dużo tańszej. Ostrzegam przed tym człowiekiem !

Der var fire senge

− Lejligheden var placeret et andet sted end oplyst i bookingoplysningerne og lejligheden var ikke den samme som afbilledet. Lejligheden fremstod i yderst dårlig kvalitet og meget ufærdigt og dårligt håndværk. Strømmen gik flere gange, der mangler basis møblement og det der er, er i meget dårlig kvalitet. Væggene og loft er ufærdigt og værelserne er meget lydt til nabo. Badeværelse under al kritik med løst toiletsæde og et ufærdigt gipsloft. Vandhane i køkken løst og sprøjtede på loft og væg. Alt i alt meget lidt tilfreds

Die Lage war relativ gut

− Check in war um 15 Uhr , als wir um 15:45 Uhr da waren. War die extrem unfreundliche Putzfrau noch am werkeln. Kurz darauf wurden dann auch noch Möbel angeliefert die den ganzen Aufenthalt dann rum standen. Ebenso war ein Waschbecken nicht benutzbar und die Schlafcouch war auch beschädigt
