− La présence d'un bar qui ferme à 1 h 30 du matin avec une partie de la terrasse près de l'appartement. Aucune attention : capsules de café pour le premier petit déjeuner, des bouteilles d'eau, quelques douceurs de bienvenue, bref, ce qu'on s'attend à avoir dans un logement à ce prix.
