− Pas de tête de lit, il y a 40 cm d espace entre le mur et le lit, pas d’ appui possible, les coussins tombent. Une cuisine top, mais pour manger compliqué, pas d’ espace dédié à ça.

7.0装備が新しく必要なものが用意されていた。 騒音などもなく静かに過ごせた。 徒歩5分圏内にス―パ―、ドラッグストア、徒歩1,2分にコンビニがあり便利だった。
− 到着時、狭い場所には毛やホコリなどが残っていて、もう少し清掃をしてほしいところ。 東京のアパートなので狭いのは仕方がないが、トリプルには厳しい広さだった。

9.0Mieszkanie nowe, bardzo czyste, świetnie wyposażone. i ciche. Łożko bardzo wygodne. Dość blisko do metra i mnóstwa sklepów i restauracji w okolicy stacji Ikebukuro. Obok jest klimatyczna droga Greenway.
− Prawie całą powierzchnię pokoju zajmują dwa łóżka, więc jest ciasno. Nie ma gdzie usiąść, gdzie zjeść i gdzie położyć bagaży. Gdyby w mieszkaniu było jedno łóżko, to znacznie podniosłoby jego standard. Wtedy mieszkanie byłoby idealne dla jednej lub dwóch osób. Przy tej powierzchni nie jest to mieszkanie dla trzech osób.
Fantastic Apartment
9.0Incredibly clean and well-equipped with utilities and other stuff. They even prepared a lot of toilet rolls, detergent and bathroom stuff. The bathtub and shower room are cute. We have a baby, so the bathtub is just perfect. I was so surprised and beyond happy when I came. There is even a good AC, hairdryer and razors. Everything looks so new and clean. The mattresses and pillows are soft and feel relaxing. The staff is helpful and active at responding. Really loved the apartment.
