Lokalizacja blisko plaży, sklepów, 10 minut od metra. Dwupoziomowy apartament z 4 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami na piętrze oraz salonem z tarasem, kuchnią i dodatkowym WC na pierwszym poziomie. Bardzo funkcjonalny podział przy większej grupie. Kontakt z personelem, otwieranie drzwi aplikacją bez zarzutu.

Good place for family

The location is good. Close to beach for children to play, close to numerous supermarket which open late at night. Close to large shopping mall. Close to really good restaurant at seaside(you can simply find it in Google map, both are really delicious,) all of the above are walking distance. So you can satisfy different need for members in the family. big enough for large family. Good kitchen, washer and dryer. Balcony of both floor has nice view. There periodic low frequent background noice probably from water tank pump at main bedroom, but my boys can still sleep really good, probably they are tired enough. No regret in picking the place.

− Need to travel a little bit longer from airport than central region by public transport. May be 15mins more? But you can take the taxi or Uber.

Meille tämä oli hyvällä sijainnilla, läheinen kongressikeskus on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Lähellä on myös Diagonal Mar -ostoskeskus. Keskustaan pääsee näppärästi taksilla tai raitiovaunulla. Meillä oli neljän hengen seurue, jokaisella oli oma makuuhuone. Kaikki asunnossa toimi. Nettisivun kautta toimiva lukkojen avaus oli tosi näppärä.

Waterleak and very bad communication from the host

the location was great. The beach was superb. It was easy to enter the apartment with a code.

− We booked a premium apartment for around €2,000, expecting a comfortable and high-standard stay. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. On the first evening we discovered a severe water leak in the ceiling, close to the bathroom. Water was dripping constantly, and we couldn’t use the bathroom or showers at all that night. After a day at the beach, it was extremely unpleasant to sleep without being able to shower. We tried several times to contact the host by phone and WhatsApp, even sending videos, but received no proper response until the next morning. A technician eventually came, but the repairs were not finished until midday. This meant we lost access to essential facilities for more than half a day. On top of this, there was mold in the bathroom and the toaster did not work. These are not acceptable issues in a so-called premium apartment. The host only offered a 10% refund for the two affected nights, which does not reflect the seriousness of the disruption we faced. Overall, the poor communication, unresolved problems, and lack of fair compensation made this a very frustrating experience for our family. We cannot recommend this property, and we hope Booking.com will take this feedback seriously.
