8.0La casa era perfetta per noi 4 amiche, l’entrata è a piano 0 l’accesso è dal parcheggio del condominio non era nel portone principale. La prima stanza con bagno esterno e cucina erano a livello di strada mentre la seconda ossia la più grande era sotterranea senza finestra ma comunque luminosa e fresca. Condizionatori funzionanti e in ogni camera c’era la ventola sul lampadario. Utensili da cucina nuovi e mi è stato dato un set per lavare i piatti. Bagni anche nuovi e grandi il giusto. Zona silenziosa, distante dal centro ma vicina a una metro a 15min e diverse fermate di bus che abbiamo usato spesso. Supermercato Dia a 5min.
− Sarebbe stato perfetto anche un piccolo kit di olio e sale e zucchero tipo qualche bustina. Abbiamo avuto un invia Simone di formiche per ogni briciola che cadeva, ma deve essere un problema noto agli host perché in cucina c’era un anti parassiti spry e quindi l’abbiamo usato. Non era presente il microonde come era segnato.
Great value for small family visit to Madrid.
9.0Nice location about 2km north of the palace, but outside of Old Town. It’s a comfortable, 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. Two beautiful, large parks are within walking distance for hiking, biking or running. In a bus line so very easy to get into town. Very good value.
− The combined kitchen and livingroom space is a little small and has no dining table, so apartment is better for sleeping than for having meals.

6.0Limpieza y ubicación muy bien.
− La imposibilidad de hablar o poner la tele, porque al momento te contactaban diciendo que un vecino había llamado para quejarse del ruido, totalmente falso. Recomiendo mejorar entonces la insonorización del alojamiento.
