8.0− Lo único que no me gustó del alojamiento fue que solicité papel higiénico y mantas extra y ambas peticiones fueron rechazadas para inmediatamente después decirme que sí necesitaba algo lo indicara, también traté que el checkout fuese un poco más tarde por qué los billetes de tren para la vuelta los tenía a las 18:00 y aunque les expliqué la situación y que el cambio de billetes no era posible tampoco atendieron a esa petición.

10.0The location for Us was what we wanted, have metro station just outside and bus stop 50m from the entrance. The communication with the hosts was by whatsapp that was really convenient and easy. The apartment was clean, it's small, OK for thee for two should be great. AC worked excellent. The silverware, kitchen, fridge and cookware were fine, have a dishwasher that we did not use, have oven and microwave that is great. 10 to 30 min. to any where that we wanted to go. Felt really secure. The windows are well insulated so no noise from outside.

7.0A localização é ótima, ao lado da estação de metrô e o custo benefício é bom. O quarto é muito bem equipado com vários eletrodomésticos.
− Falta melhorar muito a limpeza, trocar o colchão e os travesseiros.

− A higiene do apartamento deixou um pouco a desejar. Não havia panos de cozinha nem toalhas para a mesa.

8.0La cercanía con la línea 1 del metro (se llega al centro en 20 minutos). El buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado (nos salvó la vida). La facilidad de acceso.
− Por decir algo que el baño era un poco incómodo porque estaba un poco apretado pero tampoco estaba tan mal.
