− O apartamento tinha um cheiro a esgoto e o anfitrião não resolveu. Respondeu para abrirmos as janelas e comprar um desodorizante. As “toalha” eram uma de limpar o suor e outra de mãos para uma estadia de 8 dias. Não tivemos toalhas de banho e não providenciaram

This truly felt like a home away from home. Considering that it’s located in Shinjuku, the price is very reasonable and offers great value for money. We stayed here for 7 days, and it was comfortable throughout our entire stay. The apartment had everything we needed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Tokyo. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location. It’s just a short walk from the subway and train stations, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city and visit major tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and hassle-free. The owner provided clear, detailed instructions, so we had no trouble finding the place or accessing the property. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very quiet. Even though it’s in the busy Shinjuku area, the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep every night. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and reasonably priced accommodation in Shinjuku.

− Once little note: I hope, they will also include flat iron or clothes steamer, and a regular size towel.😁 we did not expect that the towel included is a small one.

Like the location due to it's "alive" through out the night. Close by to several combinis. Close by to train/metro stations.

− The information "package" was a bit "heavy" to handle at arrival....lots to remember. Could perhaps be dealt with info given shortly before arrival. Due to lack of information at hand the respond was reasonable fast at request.

Staff molto cortese, pronto a risolvere le problematiche che possono capitare. Stanza pulita, palazzo vicino ai mezzi, poco fuori dal casino ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Di sicuro, se ritorniamo, saremo di nuovo ospiti.

Amazing location, right next to Korean town so you were able to get two completely different experience just by crossing the street. The train station was around the corner. Several walking parks are near by. Central location to everything we wanted to do on this side of Tokyo. The host add many extra accommodations and having a washer was a plus. If you use Ai around the hotel room, you'll quickly notice that the room is very self sufficient. You can put your washed clothes hung up into the bathroom shower and turn on the heater, by the time you come back for the day your clothes would be dry. No need to go to a laundry mat. This would be my place to stay when coming back to this part of Tokyo.

− My only hickup was trying to unlock the mailbox when arriving at the hotel. This isn't the owners fault as the building designed the mailboxes completely different than what we were used to. Other foreigners walking into the hotel had the exact same issue. We helped each other out :) Was just different from the US lock combination and took a while to figure out what to do. We contacted the property owners and they assisted with additional information immediately.
