− La lavadora no funciona. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y no se podía dormir así. Después de apagarlo tarda 1h y media en irse el ruido. Las instalaciones podrían reformarse un poco
Comfortable apartment handy location.
10.0It was good value compared to staying in a hotel. As a family of 3 travelling, we were able to spread out with 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 single beds. It’s not brand new but lovely and quirky, it was comfortable and had sufficient facilities for our 3 night stay including a Nespresso coffee machine. We were able to use the washing machine & dryer. Sh provide little welcome amenities for kitchen dish cleaning and bathroom so will need to provide your own shower gels etc for longer stays. It was nice having the windows open to listen to the birds and people going about the business. Easy 5 minute walk to Poble Sec Metro. Lots of nearby grocery stores. 2nd floor apartment, has a very quiet lift.
− The air conditioner was noisy and don’t think it worked 100%. We only tried it once, then kept windows open for breeze.

− La lavadora no sirve. La tv de la sala no sirve. Si prendes el horno no prende la estufa. El aseo es terrible. El costo muy alto. Cobran mas dinero despues de hacer el pago.

− La falta de limpieza y el estado del baño, ducha y lavabo atascados, cisterna del WC rota... Tuvimos que ir a por las llaves personalmente a la oficina porque no había manera de contactar con nadie y porque la entrega tenía un sobrecoste
