10.0Su amplitud el tener un salón y habitación independiente para viajar con hijos es lo ideal. Además tenía una cocina bien equipada y a solo unos 10 minutos de la estación de Waseda.

5.0優點： 住宿地理位置非常方便，周邊交通與生活機能佳，空間也相當寬敞，入住時不會有壓迫感，適合多人或家庭入住。
− 缺點： 整體整潔度仍有改善空間，部分區域清潔不夠確實，2樓房間較地板及牆面有十多隻蛾蚋，洗衣機上方壁紙發霉，影響入住感受。此外，部分硬體設備有老化或損壞的情況，使用上略有不便。例如3樓房間免治馬桶壞掉及床墊舒適度極差，支撐性不足且睡起來不舒服，導致整晚睡眠品質受到明顯影響。若業者能加強清潔維護、改善硬體設備，並更換床墊，相信整體住宿體驗會提升許多。

9.0Pulizia. Appartamento spazioso. Lontano dal caos, in zona residenziale. La cosa più ammirevole è la gentilezza della proprietà.. ci hanno permesso check in anticipato e ci hanno permesso di lasciare valigie dentro l’appartamento oltre check out pagando una commissione.
− L’unica cosa che suggerirei è maggiore pulizia nelle parti comuni e nell’esterno dell’immobile
