5.0周囲が静かでコンビニへも徒歩ですぐに行くことができるなど、立地面のメリットが良かった。
− 天候が理由かわかりませんが、入居(チェックイン)した際に部屋内に排水管・下水の臭いがきついと感じた。衣類にも臭いが移りきつかった。

7.0− Die Türschlosskettehat sich verändert in der Länge aufgrund Temperatur und so konnte ich die Tür auf einmal nicht mehr öffnen. Ein riesiger Schreckmoment.
總體來說還不錯
10.0位置不錯，上下兩邊都有一條電車線，坐公車也很方便。基本上藥妝跟衣服在這兩站幾乎都有，可以就地解決。房東很積極給你一些資訊，包含當地天氣跟溫度。
− 衛浴是標準日式的單人房形式，沒有免治馬桶，介意的朋友要注意一下。入住時剛好浴室的燈壞了，完全沒有亮，有馬上反應，但好像沒有要派人馬上處理的樣子，之後我也是都開著門用客廳的燈光在洗。

− No tiene ascensor. No se puede bloquear la luz entonces te despierta el sol super temprano.
