1.0− The amenities in the description are not provided in their entirety. While in the room, I overheard a member of property staff refusing a refund on a booking to another customer. The property is now listed under a different name as a "new" property, so it seems that customers should expect a bait and switch when booking here.

6.0− I arrived at around 11 am. There was no way to store my luggage before I check in. I end up waiting in a mall with my luggage for 4 hours.
This was okay only as an overnight stay

− The room was very small and the shared bathroom had soaking wet bath mats on the floor.
