− Sin aire acondicionado, se sentía mucho calor en la habitación, a pesar de los ventiladores proporcionados.
Hermoso Madrid , deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza.

− Estuvimos con mi marido 4 noches y nunca me hicieron la limpieza y solo me cambiaron las toallas el segundo día, cuando pregunté el motivo de no haber limpieza y me contestaron que solo se hacía cuando la estadía era más de 5 noches… y como favor me cambiaron toallas. Les dije que había pagado 25 euros por la limpieza aparte del precio del alojamiento y su respuesta fue que ese dinero era para hacer la limpieza cuando no lo hiciera yo, es decir cuando nos retiráramos. Una vergüenza y publicidad engañosa, porque nunca en ninguna publicidad lo refirió. 😡
