Great location

Good location - spacious sitting room and attractive bedrooms - spacious shower

− The face-less remote check in was not ideal - it took several attempts to open the flat door - we requested 3 keys and this was not possible. There was no welcome pack at all in the kitchen - not a tea bag or even a bottle of water. The dishwasher was lacking in salt and rinse aid and soap. There was no corkscrew - we had to bother a kind neighbour.

Location

− Apartment needs attention. It looks beautiful in pictures and when you first enter but then you start to notice all the details. No shower curtain, poor lighting at bathroom sink, poor lighting in living room. Whole apartment is very dim lighting except for kitchen area. toilet is loose and rocks around when you sit down, bathroom door knob so hard to turn, everyone was getting stuck in bathroom. Patio. Doors hard to open and close, terrible curtains on patio doors and the wooden shutters did not close properly or were stuck open plus some slats were broken and they were peeling paint. Bedroom doors off living room are clear glass with no curtains. So if someone stays up late or wakes up early, light floods into the bedrooms. Living room is huge, bedrooms are small. Too small to even have one suitcase open so all suitcases were out in living room. But the most frustrating part was just getting into the apartment. Have to use the website and an app. You have to toggle back a forth between the two to follow instructions on how to open the main door on the street. Cell signal is terrible in that spot so I would have to keep walking up the street to open next page of website instructions then run back to door then run back up the street and open the app then back to instructions then back to app until about 15-30 minutes later we got the door open. Signal is worse inside building and once you are at the apartment door, you have to use the website instruction and app again to get it open. Once inside, you can connect to WiFi and there is a set of keys so you do not have to deal with the door nonsense again. Dining table top wobbles, large broken vase with sharp edges that should be thrown out along with the oversized dried floral arrangement that takes up all the room on the wobbly table. Street is and bars below and louder and later into the night than we expected.
