Great stay in Roppongi Hills
8.0The location was great. The 3 bedrooms worked out well. Check-in and check out was easy. Overall everything was clean. Plenty of towels. Great tea and cookies provided.
− Toilet room was exceptionally small. Mice ate through a bread bag we left on the counter.

8.0A lovely place in a great location. We also appreciated the generous supply of amenities. Great communication as well!
− Blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom would make a big difference, as the room gets very bright in the morning. Cleanliness in the bathroom could also be improved. The bathtub/onsen had some residue likely left from previous guests, and the walls felt sticky from soap buildup. The beds are also starting to feel quite old and lumpy, so refreshing the mattresses would improve comfort significantly.

− The stairs were steep and tight. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom, basin configuration was very tight and cramped for 4 adults
