− The owner didn't reply on email. The phone number was fake. When I arrived nobody didn't even open the door. Thanks to Booking Support Team for their assistance.

The lack of communication and complete disregard from the property is unacceptable.

− Very disappointing experience. My booking was canceled at short notice even though I updated my credit card details twice as requested, and to this day I still have not received a clear explanation why. I had also been trying for days to contact the property regarding my arrival time, but never received any response. After the cancellation, I had to quickly find and book another hotel.

A fabulous stay!

The location of the property is perfect. Close to metro and supermarkets, also walking distance to some major tourist attractions. Staff are always a WhatsApp message away, and Juan was super friendly at check- in. The apartment was big enough to accommodate our group of 4 comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty utensils. Additionally, everything was super clean and tidy. WE LOVEEDDD our stay! Thank you for being a big part of our fabulous trip :)) - if we visit Barcelona again we will be sure to book with you

− The balcony is pretty small, however this is expected in apartments around this area.

A good stay but just a few extra tweaks could make it much better

The apartment is near a good choice of bars and restaurants. It’s a good layout and works well for a couple’s stay

− We were only left with half a toilet roll and one dishwasher tablet. When we contacted the property they said if we wanted more tablets we’d have to buy them ourselves and that there should be extra toilet paper - but there wasn’t. No cooking oil or pepper and just a tiny sachet of washing up liquid was provided

Booked last minute so no much choice. Enought space for 1 pers 1 week. Globally ok with oldish Ikea furniture. Balcony super tiny.

− Maintenance & Deep cleaning needed: mold in the bathroom (they paint the joint in brown so u think u won't notice 🤦🏻‍♂️...brush & bleach please!!) Stains all over the wall, need painting. Hairs & lost item (postcards) from previous guest found (2 months old bill...) and so on... Building is old and bellow standard, watch your head while going down ..but worst was contradictory communication from management company, did not pick up the phone, do not return call after messages and unclear dog policy & fees. Won't return, will not recommend.
