Black mold, don't book
1.0Place itself was fine
− A part of the wall right by the pillows where covered in black mold which was hidden underneath a picture, my girlfriend with asthma had been sick all trip, and it wasn't until the last day we realized that the picture was hiding a huge patch of black mold. When I then contacted them about it and send the evidence they didn't respond until 5 min after checkout to say that they can't give a refund since it's after check out time. So if you're staying in room 102 with the pasta picture by the bed check for mold

Great little apartment with a local feel.
9.0We loved the neighbourhood here - It was very local and quiet. There is a little playground nearby where our kids liked to play before setting off for the day. There were also plenty of convenience stores to pick up supplies on the way to and from the train station. It's not far from public transport, about 10-15 minutes walk. The room itself was tiny, but that's pretty standard for Tokyo! We were a family of 4, with 2 kids and we found it a good size for us. We especially appreciated having a washing machine available and a small kitchen.
− The main bed in the upstairs loft area was comfortable. however the futons downstairs were basically blankets on the floor. Our kids didn't mind sleeping there, but I found it quite uncomfortable.
