商店街にある立地が面白く、都内としては安価。

中野ブロードウェイから近く、薬師通り商店街も魅力的で私たちには都合が良かった。 部屋は十分に広く、2面採光で明るい。小さな流しと湯沸かしケトルがありコップやお皿、お椀などがあるので、朝食を摂るならスープとパンくらいは(近くのCafeは11時からしか開かない店が多いので買ってきたほうがいい)食べられる。 1400年続く薬師寺が近くにあり朝お参りに行ってみた。徒歩2分で行けるのでオススメ。 都内で土曜泊でこの価格なら安いと思いました。

− なぜか部屋の壁についている備品が全て少し傾いているのが気になった。エアコンや時計など…。機能には問題ないのだが不思議w 洗濯機がベランダにあったが、むき出しなので雨がかかって壊れないかと心配。ブラインドがきっちり閉まらず街灯の光が部屋に漏れてくるのが少し気になった。 エレベーターがない普通のアパートなので…言い出したらキリがないのだが、神経質な人にはあまりオススメしない。上の階の生活音が響くので。外の音が気になる人には耳栓、ヘッドフォン必須。

The directions i got on how to find the apartment from the train station were a fantastic help.The spaciousness of the room. Comfy beds,kitchen facilities, lots of natural light,it was all quite wonderful. I loved it.

− Cant think of anything that i didnt like about it.

Basic and roomy for the price.

It was roomy for a inner-city apartment in Tokyo, with lots of natural light. The location is good with restaurants and bars and shops a short walk away, but far enough for a quiet night. The washing machine is convenient, and the stairs to the apartment are manageable.

− The toilet had a funny odour. The towels provided are worn and had the smell of a smoky motel. The furnishings are very very basic. Acceptable if you just want a place to stay for a couple of nights and aren't too fussy about details. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

ゆったり、ゆっくり、眠れました。中野にホテルがあまりないので、また、利用したいです。

広い、2部屋、ベッド4台。

− 歯ブラシがなくて、慌てました。コンビニがまあまあ近いので、助かりましたた。また、どこかに、ルアナアライと小さい表示があるとよいです。ポストや表札か、玄関ドア、または、鍵ホルダーなどに。風呂の内側のパッキンと内側のドアノブまわりが少し汚れているのが気になりました。床、スリッパなどお掃除が雑？または、年期が入っているか、前の客の使用感か。 あとは、ばっちり、エアコンも、テレビもよいです。
