Overall nice experience and very well managed property.

The space was very cozy and had everything necessary for 6 people. For example the dining table had six chairs as well as a well equipped kitchen. The manual was very detailed and with the key app each person had their own key. The contact was easy to reach for any issues. The blinds worked really well to block out sunlight. Quiet neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. Easily reachable by public transit. Didn’t hear much from the neighbors so the walls weren’t thin. Big fridge and freezer. Beds were comfy if you like medium to hard beds. They provide a sealed kitchen sponge and detergent so you know it’s clean as well as a laundry pod if you want to do some laundry.

− Not enough toilet paper for the stay. There is only one AC unit in the living room so it didn’t cool all the bedrooms and we had to keep all the bedroom doors open during the night. The outside part of the AC is loud and it’s in front of one of the bedrooms. This is very picky but the lights in the bathroom and kitchen are very cold and stark. There is no full body mirror. There were white stains on the decorative pillows on my bed and my bed sheet was also dirty. But the property did exchange the sheet quickly once they were notified.

Det var fint att lägenheten var så familjeanpassad med babysäng, barnstol, leksaker osv. Vi tyckte att sängarna var bekväma. Kommunikationen med värdarna var mycket smidig och de var lyhörda för våra synpunkter.

− Lägenheten var ganska lyhörd med fönster mot trapphus och schakt. Brödrosten var trasig och instruktionerna sade att det skulle finnas en diskmaskin som i själva verket ej existerade.

Nice and clean. Enough space for a big family. Very comfortable beds. Internet connection is stable and fast. Grocery's is really close (1min walk). It was nice to have a heating radiator in every room in early spring.

− You may hear your neighbours, and people entering or leaving the building. Some rooms don't have a window to the street or yard. The app providing access to the apartment didn't work, but support solved it really quickly. The tap water is not drinkable, you should buy water in grocery's. The floor is ceramic so consider having slippers. Some ideas for improvement. It would be nice to have a place for drying dishes. The coffee machine may need a replacement. The electric kettle has some rust. Supply of some consumables could be better for a longer stay.
