− 圖文不符，老舊大樓改的裡面設備我以為在鄉下地方，房間狹小整體窄到一個不行，浴室發霉浴缸髒到令人反感，水壓嚴重不足，和室拉門還破洞，床硬梆梆，總之不會再住這裡，台灣人滑到可以直接略過這家了，有夠雷！

The location was great, lots of bedrooms and space in the common area.

− The check-in time is very late at 6pm Terrible response to having no hot water on arrival. The manual is not detailed enough. It took from 6:30pm to 9pm to fix the hot water, only really because there was such a delayed response to every message. They should have someone available from 6-7pm to attend to any issues. I called Emergency but they could only correspond by message, no phone call. In the end there was an error message on the water controls and we had to reset the gas, this would have taken ten minutes if we could have had contact with someone.

− Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. The toilet had a strong urine smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. The condition of the property did not match the photos shown online. It felt more like an office space converted into accommodation rather than a properly maintained apartment. Check-in was also problematic, as the door lock code provided was incorrect, causing unnecessary stress upon arrival. After check-out, I accidentally left a personal item behind. Although the property initially said they would assist with returning it, the process dragged on for over six weeks, with repeated delays and vague responses such as “we are checking with our team.” It later became clear that communication was handled through a third-party management company, with no clear accountability. Additional fees were charged without clear prior disclosure, and overall communication was slow and unhelpful. Based on cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, and post-stay handling, I would not recommend this property.

Located in a good location. Many rooms. Will be great if the place can be refurbished.

− Furnishing is a bit old & need a bit more upkeep. Need to look into the hot water program as it switch off automatically while showering.
