8.0A localização é excelente, mas por ser no térreo o chão fica com muita poeira. O que me incomodou foi não ter ar condicionado e sim ventilador de teto pois isso não ficou claro nas descrições parecendo ser proposital omitir isso.
− De não ter ar e de no dia de entrar no apartamento ser cobrado uma caução de 300 euros o que é contra as regras do booking porém me deixou sem outra opção porque minha reserva era não reembolsável e sendo no dia fiquei com medo de não resolver.

9.0Cómo y cercano al metro
− Dejaron 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 personas, 5 noches y cuando pedi reposición dijeron que no hacian que lo que dejaron era parte del Kit de bienvenida, no creo que nadie viaje con papel higienico en sus maletas, es un artículo de primera necesidad deberian reponerlo.

− 靠近街道，隔音差，可以聽到外面行人講話，垃圾車等聲音，比較吵 另2人住4天3晚，衹提供一個垃圾袋和一券廁紙，向房東要求，盡然叫我們自己去買，而且房東還要求每天要丟垃圾，問題是衹有一個垃圾袋呀！太離譜，也太不合理了

8.0La ubicación, el barrio donde se ubica, una zona tranquila de Madrid. Cerca de una estación de Metro y con un supermercado justo en la acera de enfrente. Camas cómodas.
− Dentro de que todo estaba muy bien, como aspecto a mejorar indicaría que la mesa es muy pequeña para cenar cuatro personas.
