Great place. Caterina does not respond to your request, so if things go wrong don’t expect a quick response if at all.

− The elevator was out of order more than it was working. We lived on the top floor. 92 steps up and down every time we wanted to leave

The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
