8.0Staff molto disponibile e comprensivo, appartamento vicinissimo alla stazione e in una zona bellissima.
− Bagno veramente piccolo, letti cigolanti. In quattro era un po' stretto, per il prezzo comunque ci sta.

9.0De locatie was perfect! Ook was het ruim voor een appartement in tokyo. Alle faciliteiten werkte goed, en de douche had lekker warm water en goede waterdruk.
− Het enige minpuntje is dat de woning niet goed geïsoleerd is, waardoor je veel geluid hoort van buitenaf of vanuit andere appartementen.

It was pleasant and very convenient in terms of location.
6.0The location was indeed very convenient since it's very close to Otsuka Station. There were a lot of restaurants, fresh food stores, coffee shops, fast-food, convenience stores, grocery, and pharmacies within the neighborhood so dining or cooking your own meals isn't a hassle. The kitchen has sufficient equipment (gas stove, hot & cold sink, pots & pans, plates & bowls, cooking & dining utensils, utensils, cups, electric kettle). The toilet and shower/bath are clean and well-functioning. There was a washing machine and drying rod and detergent provided.
− The apartment could only accommodate maximum of 4 people only. If you are adults on the taller side, you might find the beds too small since they are twin-sized beds, and there is no space for a futon or extra bed. It will be challenging if you are staying with an infant since there's no available crib (and no space for it either). The TV on the glass table could have been mounted on the wall for safety purposes and to increase the space in the dining area. Adding a rice cooker would be great.
