Clean and great location

The house is in an excellent location and has a lot of potential. It could be a lovely place to stay, but unfortunately it needs better maintenance and a much higher standard of cleaning. The bathrooms would benefit from some maintenance, and the bed sheets were too small for the mattresses, making them uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. The house was not properly cleaned. There were large amounts of dust and lint on the bathroom vents and light fixtures, and when we moved the beds, it was clear that underneath had not been cleaned for a long time. The property really needs a thorough deep clean. With better maintenance and proper cleaning, this could be a great place to stay because the location is excellent.

Appartement parfait pour une famille. Idéalement placé a 5 min de Asakusa. Tout confort. Attention aux escaliers.

Despite being located in a stand-alone building, this property is correctly described as a hotel room. It does not have a kitchen and the common space is tiny (good for two people, too small for any more than that - we had to sit on the staircase to make it work). The tradeoff is the space - two bathrooms and room for four+ to sleep is amazing given the size of other Tokyo hotel rooms. It's also centrally located in a great neighborhood. Beds were comfy. It was a good size for four (two adults, two teens) but would be very cramped for more than that.

− The property is shabbier than the photos show. Really needs fresh paint and a deep clean; the upstairs bathroom fan doesn't work and the bathroom smells strongly of mildew/mold. Strange electrical wiring in the bathroom area (e.g., a light with no on/off switch). Property lacks some basic amenities that you'd expect from a hotel room (no bathmats, no tea or coffee, unclear if the cups and few cutlery items are cleaned). Also, it's advertised as having a washing machine, which it does not, though coin laundry is close by.

처음엔 한국인 후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했습니다. 하지만 전혀 걱정할 필요가 없었어요! 아사쿠사역, 다와라마치역이 도보 5분-10분정도로 굉장히 가까워서 시부야, 가마쿠라, 도쿄 타워, 디즈니씨 등등 주요 관광지 이동하기에 정말 좋았습니다. 또 7인 대가족이 정말 저렴한 가격으로 편하게 머물 수 있었고, 수건 추가 요청 등 직원분께서 친절하게 응답해주셨습니다! 저희 가족만 3개 층의 복층 숙소를 이용하다보니, 어린 아이들도 굉장히 좋아하고 다들 만족했습니다
