We were a group of 5 and we loved having our own place. Especially having enough bathrooms for everyone. There are a lot of stairs, but all with handrails but be careful of overhang overhead. Some of us hit our heads. Overall it was relatively clean and all instructions were clear.

− The location may be a little far if being used as a central base. For us it was solely for activities near Asakusa. It would have been nicer if the crockery, glassware, items under the kitchen sink were cleaned properly. Fridge was a decent size for the group. The monitor to call each floor didn’t work for us.

Overall fairly good stay… reasonably close to JR and metro just becareful of work day traffic it’s nuts build some xtra

Good for a fairly big group of people. Multiple bathrooms and showers

− Not all of the mentioned beds are equipped to sleep in unfortunately. Make sure your friends who can handle sleeping on the floor take the 2 couch beds on the first floor it will be almost the same experience… stuff to turn them into beds are all locked in cabinets and closets… need to contact owner to unlock them

實住跟照片一樣，一樓是客廳，大家可以一起吃飯聊天很愜意，每層樓都有廁所很方便，這次我們8人入住，有3間浴室可以使用，大家洗澡時間時間很好分配° 近地鐵日比谷線三之輪站，走路約7-8分鐘，可能某些人會覺得稍遠，但日比谷線要安排遊玩路線滿方便的° 商店比較集中在地鐵站附近，超商跟麥當勞、拉麵店都有，要買東西吃的話，可以順便買回去較方便° 這次入境成田時，領取行李時有同行的人行李箱壞掉，我跟房東聯絡，她願意幫我們處理，只要付一些清潔費用，真的很感謝，不然我們也不知道怎麼清理這個大型垃圾°

− 往3樓跟4樓的樓梯真的稍微陡峭，要搬大型行李箱比較辛苦一點°

คำแนะนำการเข้าที่พักชัดเจนและดูง่าย เป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก ๆ สะอาดและมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ
