10.0Host was communicative and the property is in a great location. Easily walkable to the station in a quiet neighborhood. Very central and many options for food and drink nearby.

− The only thing I could say was not great was the AC unit when blowing hot air as it was sort of a damp / humid smell but that happens with some AC units and it wasn’t unbearable, I didn’t mind it.

Too long of a stay in this tiny property unfortunately
5.0You can walk from Shinjuku home in 15-20 min.
− I stayed at this property for 7 nights (in the round table configuration room), and while the location in Hatsudai is convenient, I encountered several challenges during my stay. The room, which was on the 4th floor without an elevator, was very very small, making it difficult to work around the luggage in the room. The space around the bed and kitchen area was very cramped, leaving little room to move around, for 2 people, which may not be ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer a bit more comfort and convenience. Additionally, the bathroom was uncomfortably cold, as there was no heating in that area, which was particularly unpleasant in January. I also found that the photos on the listing were a bit misleading. While they portray the space as being bright and airy, in reality, the room was quite dark and lacked sufficient natural light.
