9.0Very nice place, looked modern, clean and apparently recently built and new. It was very spacious for an apartment in Tokyo, I liked the distribution of the space. Well equipped, everything worked correctly.
− The only thing it really lacked was a way to hang clothes to dry (the washing machine is not a drier), but you can go to a nearby 24/7 laundry 2 blocks away. Also, the location is good but not perfect, be prepared to walk for a bit to reach the train stations.
Overall I had a very quiet yet comfortable stay.
8.0I like the location it was very quiet. The room was very spacious. I loved that there was a washing machine and the bathroom was very clean.
− I had to clean the dishes and microwave before using it. I looked like it was not cleaned or not cleaned thoroughly before we came. Plus the dishes needed to be update.

10.0cp值很高 飯店人員溝通也很快 入住第一天已經晚上11:00但發現wifi連不上 馬上聯絡飯店人員也很快協助我 空間大到不可思議 吹風機冷風熱風風速都很強 有免治馬桶 浴室可以掛洗好的衣服烘乾 睡一覺起來衣服就全乾了 走去菊川站10分鐘內 附近走5分鐘都會有便利商店和超市 也有可以租借滑板和腳踏車的地方 最重要是那個沙發真的很舒服 回到飯店很累不想馬上洗澡可以躺在上面很舒服 推爆！！！
