− That the property doesn’t have an elevator and our unit was on the 4th. floor. We had to carry the luggage upstairs.

− Still pretty far away from main area of city. The stairs and low ceilings were difficult for us. We had a lot of luggage to carry up the small stairwells.

− Everything was superb except there is no lift access to the unit at 4th floor so need take note if u have heavy luggages or mobility issues.
Practical and comfortable stay for a group in Tokyo
10.0Check-in was smooth and straightforward. The property is self check-in with no front desk, but everything worked as expected. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained. With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets, it was very comfortable for our group. We were heading to Hokkaido shortly after our stay and had quite a lot of luggage, but getting around was easier than we expected. There is a direct bus to Shinjuku Station, and from there it was only a short taxi ride (about 10 minutes) to the apartment. The location is excellent—close to the subway, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Overall, a very practical and reliable place to stay in Tokyo.
