The apartment is a great space with an extremely comfortable bed.

− Ventilator was blowing a lot of dust around the room. It was a little irritating

Very unpleasing, a lot of issues, no refund, you have to pay for everything additional a lot, no sunlight in room

The property seemed great at first, but later on the problems began. The apartment as its self is nice pretty good position is city and price is okay but a lot of issues, pretty bad in the end.

− Firstly the wifi didnt work at all for few days then they came and fix it and they said they were sorry and brought me some sweets as a gift. Later on maybe 10 days from my arrival, the building next to apartment starts to be demolished so my apartment is shaking and the noises are too loud to be inside the building. They work from 7-8 am till 5pm i think. So i’m on my trip i they didnt tell it will be happening mid my stay, i’m not planing to wake up at 7 am on my vacation so. Day before the demolishing started i was out till late came home and couldn’t sleep :). Thought it will be different tomorrow i wake up at 7am cant sleep the noises are so loud it’s painful. That day i get sick, i text them that i cant sleep that its really unprofessional that they didnt tell me about it and they tell me they can give me another apartment on 15th june, btw now its 10th june and they said the demolishing will be finished on 15th too so whats the point. So i cant sleep next 5 days propertly, and im stuck inside and have to listen to the noises and shaking of my apartment. I ask for refund of that time being because i beli e they should compensate it. When i reservated apartment nobody told me i will have to listen to that for 6-7 days. So okay that stops on 15th maybe 5 days later the washing machine breaks down and leaks water everywhere in apartment i had some clothes on floor next to it to put it when its finished washing. So i wake up to see that my clothes are ruined probably soak for least 9 hours, the washing machine was badly working it always make your clothes too wet and theres no drier and drying option on machine does work. They came and fixed it i think one or 2 days later not sure, than the internet stops working again just dies for like hour or so from time to time.

Good for young to middle aged travelers looking for a cheap week in Tokyo.

Good distance between two very useful lines, though be ready to walk like 8 minutes to it.

− Maybe clarify somewhere the in unit laundry is only a washer. Last stay elsewhere had a combo unit. Had to use coin laundry for drying.
