8.0スタッフさんが、お客さんか困ってるのを察知し、歩み寄って頂いて、何かお手伝い出来ることはございますか?と声をかけていただきました。スマホの操作が苦手な私に丁寧に教えて頂き、とても気持ちよくチェックイン出来ました。帰る際のスタッフさんも、お気をつけて行ってらっしゃいませと声をかけて頂き、ホテルを後にできました。ありがとうございました。
− カプセルホテルなので、些細な物音が騒音に感じました。夜中にスリッパでパタパタ歩く足音(走るぐらいの速さで)・夜中に荷造りしてる音(レジ袋にものを入れてる)

− 大浴場の場所が分かりづらい。六階にフロントがあり、エレベーターが必ず六階を経由しないと使えないのがストレスでした。
