9.0Das Apartment war sehr schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
− Für die Schlüsselübergabe fallen zusätzliche Kosten an. Außerdem mussten wir die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort aus einer Box abholen (ca. 30 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt). Das war leider nicht sehr komfortabel.

7.0L'appartamento è confortevole e ha in dotazione tutti i servizi necessari. Il quartiere è vicino (15min a piedi) dal centro storico, è davvero poco turistico. Quando siamo stati noi era in ristrutturazione (fine prevista per Maggio 2026).
Not worth the price and sub par experience
4.0I did not like anything bout the property or the location apart from one fact that it was 1-1.2 kms away from La Rambla which is the main market. The apartment was bot maintained , towels overly used, utensils dirty, cracks on the floor and just the overall look n feel was not appealing
− Dirty utensils , overused toilets, worn out couch , half used / opened sugar/ condiments in the kitchen, the landing floor outside was dirty and had stains. The cleaning staff did a very shabby job with just rinsing the used utensils instead of cleaning them. In addition the entire checkin process was so tedious - why do we need to go 2-3 kms on opposite direction to collect the keys ?? Else pay 30 euros for key delivery?? Why cant the keys be kept in the mail box in the apartment itself ?

Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
