8.0The property has a good location very near the subway (Line F and Y) and 15 min from the Ikebukuro train station. The house was comfortabel and big enough for a family of 5.

9.0The house is really cozy and we had a wonderful time staying there. On one evening I unfortunately damaged the cloth in a shoji, but everything was effortlessly resolved with the host.
A very clean and fully equipped house has large spaces that are so friendly for families and groups.
9.0Highly recommended! Has traditional Japanese style tatami as well as a normal double bed that meets everyone's needs. Very effective customer service: I left my clothes behind, contacted them & got it back the next day.
− A little bit far from the subway station if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

10.0Family stay for a week in this very comfortable accommodation. The location worked out well with direct subway lines to Shibuya and Ginza. Teshima City is about a 20 min walk away. We had a nice time here
− My boys slept on futons on the floor. I think they didn’t sleep as well as I did in the bed being that we are westerners. I also suggest a clothes line for drying clothes.
