スタッフさんと宿泊施設は良かったがたまに大丈夫かなと思う場面があった。

部屋が広いし、大人数でも利用しやすい。 宿泊前に分からないことがあったのでスタッフさんとやり取りしましたが親切に対応して頂き、スムーズに宿泊施設を利用することが出来ました。

− 5人で予約しましたがタオルが4枚しか無かったです。 ソファーの下を見てみるとホコリが溜まっていて、本当に掃除してくれたのか不安に思いました。 インターホンの履歴に前の人が残っていたので、個人情報的に大丈夫なのかなと思いました。

We love that it feels like a home, we get to experience peaceful neighbourhood vibes. We had booked for two people so it felt spacious. We stayed on the second floor so it wasn't too big of a struggle to get our luggages up the stairs (no lift). Facilities were great, clean, felt like new and you have a kitchen to cook. I loved the bath, in winter it's perfect for some relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. It was easy to do our laundry as they had a drying setting in the bathroom and our clothes dried very quickly. When we stayed in we had brought our HDMI cable to watch shows on the tv. The unit was a short walk from the nearest station and the area had a lot of food/shop/drugstore/hair salon options (there is a 7 Eleven on the same street and a yummy small corner bakery). The host was quick to reply any questions we had, we're so grateful to have stayed here and would definitely come back.

− There wasn't an iron available, we had to buy an anti wrinkle spray for our clothes. The pillows were too thin/soft, would be nice to have spare pillows or high quality plush pillows.
