Wir waren zu zweit dort für 7 Tage. Es war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Türschloss, konnten aber direkt die Besitzer erreichen welche uns sofort weitergeholfen haben. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nur 200m von U-Bahn und Bus entfernt. Alles in allem wirklich top, mit mehr Menschen könnte es aber kuschelig werden.

− Der Name war ein bisschen verwirrend, weil es ein Ferienhaus und kein Hotel ist.

部屋が綺麗で清潔感がある。 洗濯機（洗剤あり）、冷蔵庫が揃っていて便利。 閑静な住宅街にありながら、地下鉄の駅から近くアクセス抜群。 近くにコンビニあり。 成田空港まで乗り換えなしの直通電車がある。

− 縦に細長い間取り。 お風呂が1階、トイレが2階にあるため、階段の上り下りが必要。 荷物を上の階に運ぶのが大変なので、スーツケースは1階の収納スペースに置いて、交代で整理するのがベスト。

La posizione è ottima: l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana, il che ci ha permesso di spostarci con grande comodità. Inoltre, la zona circostante è molto pratica, con una lavanderia aperta h24 e diversi konbini (minimarket) a pochi passi. Per quanto riguarda l'interno, le stanze erano ben organizzate e dotate di tutto il necessario per garantire una piacevole permanenza

− Come spesso accade per gli appartamenti a Tokyo, gli spazi interni sono piuttosto ristretti, soprattutto se bisogna gestire delle valigie ingombranti. L'alloggio è indicato per 5 persone, ma onestamente credo che in quel caso si starebbe troppo stretti. È sicuramente una soluzione molto più vivibile e adatta per un gruppo di 3, massimo 4 persone.

Situation is ideal, close to the subway, convenience stores and Senso-Ji temple, as well as Tokyo Skytree. Ideal for 3 persons, and very well equipped. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

− If anything, the spring mattresses were a bit stiff to our taste, but nothing too bad.

it's worth the price

AMENITIES -heater everywhere is top tier -the main door,I like that I don't have to bring a key w/me all day (I might lose it) so an automatic lock with code is nice -everything felt comfortable - hello! it's in Tokyo and it's rare to find a place that could be cheaper than the usual. *can't explain in words but all I can say is "try it here, you'll feel at home" *I'm also amazed how the floor plan was engineered properly. The place was fully maximized. *Just don't have a dining table beside the kitchen but I don't mind sitting on the floor, I'm asian btw. *host might want to add a soup ladle or a cooking spoon then kitchen scissors (it's just me, I am not used to holding a knife opening plastic bags of rice. and also not used to use chopsticks when cooking😭)

− It's not that I don't like it but I don't know if my google maps app is pointing it right. The pin location always directs me to the opposite side of the corner of the block (an empty corner where a white car was parked). Even when I ordered from uber eats, the delivery person might not have found the place since I instructed them to leave it at the front door. We ended up refunding our order. Good thing the accommodation's photo here was posted, we were able to find it when we arrived the first day. Just walked around the block and found the front door
