10.0Once I opened the door, walked through snd closed it, I felt like I was in a safe and beautiful haven. There is so much thought and creativity that has gone into this gem of an apartment, it's just wonderful.

10.0La amabilidad de Laura de sobresaliente, te explica todo perfectamente y cualquier duda que hemos tenido nos la resolvió al momento! Sin duda alguna, si tenemos que volver a Madrid lo eligiremos ya que la ubicación es excelente y además cerca de la parada del metro algo que hemos considerado muy positivos para moverse. Muchas gracias, volveremos!!❤️

10.0Tengo experiencia en viajes y pocas veces he visto un servicio y una atención por parte de gerencia, tan buena como esta, implicada y preocupada en que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. El apartamento tiene hasta el más mínimo detalle. Muy limpio y con una ubicación tranquila y cómoda para desplazamientos. Muy recomendable todo

9.0Très grand et beau studio, rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une esthétique très soignée. Grande propreté et gentilles attentions à l'arrivée (fruits, gâteaux, etc...). Tout proche du métro (ligne 10) et à 5 pas de l'abri de bus (ligne 65) qui vous mènent tous deux au centre touristique de Madrid. Une supérette DIA juste en face et une cafétéria super (take away possible) à gauche en sortant. Possibilité de déplier le canapé pour 2 personnes supplémentaires, ce qui justifie sans doute l'existence de 2 superbes salles de bain dans ce logement (rarissime pour un studio).
− Deux points noirs : - le parking dans la rue est très difficile à trouver. - la terrasse existe bel et bien mais n'est pas praticable en l'état ; il s'agit d'une plate-forme qui est située dans la rue juste derrière l'abri de bus. En revanche, c'est très utile pour les fumeurs.
